Key Responsibilities : - UI/UX Design : Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for websites and apps, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. - Graphic Design : Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, and websites. - Branding : Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency in brand visuals across all channels and touchpoints. - Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and user flows effectively. - Collaboration : Work closely with the creative, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive and well-rounded design solutions. - Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the agency's work fresh and innovative. Required Skills and Experience : - UI/UX Design Skills : Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar UI/UX design software. - Graphic Design Expertise : Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other graphic design software. - Typography and Layout Skills : Strong attention to typography, color theory, and layout. - Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and UI/UX projects. - Problem-solving mindset : Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges. - Team player : Collaborative attitude with the ability to take feedback constructively.
