Job Description

REQUIREMENTS Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous Experience in a similar role preferably more than 5 years Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are absolutely essential Highly responsible personality Proactive, Organised, Analytical Ability to supervise with confidence and not being afraid to speak up Working knowledge of Sage Accounting or similar Computer literate DUTIES Extensive professional client liaison Ensure the C Liaising with courier companies and understanding and controlling all exports Liaising with customers with respect to their orders Understand the flow of the operation to ensure smooth running for a customer order from start to finish Supervise the admin assistant and review her work Assist with preparing quotes and invoices Ensure orders are completed and sent out timeously and accurately Oversee the warehouse staff and control of orders from receipt to completion Answer incoming calls General and ad hoc office duties Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
