Sales Administrator

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum of 2 years in sales administration, preferably within the renewable energy or engineering sectors Excel and PowerPoint intermediate Detail orientated Excellent communication skills Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Solution Analysis: Analyse customer data to determine the most suitable photovoltaic (PV) solar solutions, tailored to meet individual client needs. Liaise with municipalities and Eskom to obtain essential data required for customer energy analyses. Conduct data analysis to present clients with the best possible solar energy options, optimizing both performance and cost effectiveness. Sales Process Management : Process and compile information received from the sales team, ensuring accuracy through quality control practices. Input customer information into the CRM system as part of the initial steps in the sales cycle. Communicate with customers to obtain authorization for data collection, ensuring compliance and trust in our processes. Proposal & Financial Preparation: Prepare financial modules for potential clients, including detailed cost breakdowns, ROI calculations, and payback period estimates. Create custom, data driven proposals that reflect each customers unique needs and objectives. Assemble all analyses and departmental inputs into a professional presentation format for client review. Administrative Support: Maintain up to date and accurate sales records, documentation, and CRM entries. Adhere to project timelines, meeting deadlines for proposal submissions and follow up tasks to ensure smooth client interactions and workflow efficiency.
