Job Description

Industry: Transport / Logistics Location: Klerksoord, Akasia, Pretoria North - Gauteng Salary: Market related Benefits: Discretionary 13th cheque and funeral benefits Qualifications and Requirements: Afrikaans and English. Grade 12. Qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (advantage). Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (essential). Drivers license and own vehicle. Availability: Monday to Friday, 07:3016:30. Experience: 24 years of proven experience managing technical and administrative systems. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and admin processes. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IT and non-IT systems. Develop and implement technical and administrative policies and procedures. Ensure the smooth operation of systems and infrastructure. Oversee system upgrades, configurations, and installations. Coordinate and supervise administrative tasks. Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Manage system security and data protection. Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records and provide staff training on system usage. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance.
