HR Analyst Brazil

As a Junior HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human resource initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Employee Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare orientation materials and assist in training sessions
  • Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources
• HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Support the management of HR policies and procedures
• Performance Management:
  • Assist in tracking employee performance data and feedback
• Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making
  • Prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Medium/Strong English communication skills are essential for this role
• Previous experience in HR or Administrative roles (internships included)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
