Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead Generation and SEO Specialist to manage and optimize our clients' online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid advertising, SEO, and funnel optimization, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

About the Company

Our client is a dynamic digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation and SEO services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Lead Generation and SEO Specialist to join their team and drive results for their clients.

Schedule

• Full Time: 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
• Optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
• Build and implement effective marketing funnels, including CRM integrations.
• Implement AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.
• Track and analyze return on ad spend (ROAS) and other key performance indicators.
• Provide daily task reports using Clockify.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and SEO.
• Demonstrated success in running paid advertising campaigns and improving organic search rankings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with funnel building and CRM implementations.

Language Requirement: Proficiency in English at C2 level.

Required Software Proficiency: Social Media Business platforms (must).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience creating engaging content and performing basic video editing.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability.
• Self-motivated with a 'figure it out' attitude.
• Adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Software Proficiency:

• Hydros.
• Pipedrive CRM.
• Just Call.
• Capcut.
• Familiarity with similar software in the digital marketing space.
