looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Campaign Associate to join our ambitious marketing team.

What you will be doing

1. Search, and place a pool of effective social media influencers to work with brands.
2. Be consistently friendly and communicative.
3. Support and assist, when necessary, the Campaign Manager.
4. Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
5. Keep track of communication with talents.
6. Work closely with the Campaign Manager to match up suitable talents for specific brand campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

1. Strong influence marketing knowledge and experience as a Campaign Associate.
2. Experience working with English-speaking markets.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
4. A highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team-focused organization.
5. Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
6. Ability to stay calm under pressure.
7. Good decision-making abilities and decisiveness.
8. Good eye for talent.
9. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
10. Familiar with TikTok International Influencers and trends.
