We’re looking for an Oxbridge Graduate who:

• Holds a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
• Achieved A*/A grades at A Level and impressive GCSE results
• Has experience working with children and confidence in supporting students with SEN
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, adaptability, and proactive behaviour management skills
• Can lead small groups, plan tailored sessions, and provide one-on-one student support
• Is keen to aid students with university applications and their overall academic journey

Your role as an Oxbridge Graduate:

• Encouraging progress and attainment in students across different year groups
• Supporting students during lessons and throughout the school day
• Collaborating with the SEN team to provide personalised learning support
• Leading and assisting with tailored small group lessons
• Inspiring and guiding students towards higher education aspirations
