Job Title: Marketing Executive

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Employment: Full-time, hybrid model with 2 days in the office

Location: Guildford, Surrey

We’re seeking a brand-focused social media and email marketer with a proven track record in growing social media presence and email databases, as well as driving revenue through email marketing.

This role calls for a creative yet analytical thinker who can identify the right engagement strategies across both channels.

The company is a leader in D2C air purification products in the UK and has recently expanded its operations to Europe. As a family-run business, they foster a culture of flexibility, professional growth, and team camaraderie.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and managing campaigns across email and social media.
• Growing the brand's socials and email database.
• Analysing and reporting on performance.
• Collaborating with the digital and creative team on other channels when needed.

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years in a similar role
• D2C / brand experience
• Skills in writing, branding, socials, and email
• Exhibit creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• Leadership qualities coupled with a good work ethic and time management.
• Fun, friendly, team player, kindness, and empathy.
