The Role

Responsible for the preparation, and review of PQRs and technical agreements. Monitoring the periodic review of technical agreements and tracking to ensure timely review and completion.

What will you be doing?

The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Compliance Executive to support our Quality team. You will be responsible for the preparation and review of Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and Technical Agreements, while monitoring and ensuring timely completion of reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review new and existing Technical Agreements in accordance with internal standards.
  • Request and track PQRs from Finished Product Manufacturers (FPMs), ensuring timely receipt and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Prepare Annual Product Listings (APL) PQRs and perform monthly quality checks.
  • Support product launch activities, ensuring vendor performance is monitored and optimised.
  • Communicate effectively within Aspire Pharma and externally with vendors and customers.
  • Update and manage controlled documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.

The Person

  • A Science graduate with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • abilities effective at managing time and prioritising tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
