The Vacancy

Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) & Building Surveyor to support our delivery of safety to our properties.

What you'll need to succeed?

• To provide a surveying service within the Property Services Team
• Maintaining the accuracy and consistency of asset data
• Undertaking surveys of domestic properties and associated assets to determine the scope of work required, considering stock condition, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Fitness for Human Habitation Act 2018, and Energy Efficiency (EPC).
