The role – Behaviour Mentor

I am working with a SEMH school that is looking for Behaviour Mentor to start ASAP, this position is long-term and is full time. For the role of a Behaviour Mentor, you will be required to work closely with students aged 7 – 13 years old with Social and Emotional Mental Health. You will need to build strong rapport with the students and work effectively with their needs. Experience working with challenging behaviour is required for this role and 1:1 support may be required.

This SEMH school is based in Bromley, Orpington and caters for students aged 7 – 13 years old. The school’s focus is on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering a broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real interest for their pupils. They have been awarded an overall effectiveness grade of Good with Leadership and Management being graded as Outstanding by Ofsted. The school has great transport links, the closest train station being Orpington and the local R9 bus route.
