A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy, in London, are now seeking a ground-hitting Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
This opportunity offers the successful Senior Building Surveyor a varied and strong pipeline of work with a range of interesting clients.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties, to a mix of public and private sector clients, on education, housing and retail properties.
As a Senior Building Surveyor you'll play a pivotal role with team members at Graduate and Assistant level, supporting their development and APC progression.
Person specification
This role will suit a chartered or non-chartered Senior Building Surveyor, who has extensive experience within a similar environment.
MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction focused background
Commericially minded with business development ability
