Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate young minds? Veritas Education is seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic secondary school in Huddersfield, starting in January 2025.
About the Role:
Teach engaging and innovative Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Foster a love for learning and curiosity in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Encourage and support students to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with a committed and supportive department.
Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Have experience teaching Science in a secondary school setting.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.
Exhibit excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply, as are experienced educators looking for their next challenge.
