  • Roles Ranging from Software Engineers to Quant Developers
  • Fee Sizes range from £50,000 up to £500,000
  • 15 People team based in London Bridge
  • Hybrid Working
  • Mature working culture - Minimal input KPIs.

The Role

  • Initially, starting as a researcher, your role will be to sit alongside and support the Senior Consultant on current mandates.
  • Strategically approaching and mapping candidates.
  • 180 Recruitment

The Opportunity

  • Average billings across the business sit north of £400k
  • Realistic opportunity to earn £45k in your first year as a Researcher with six figures achieved after 3 years.

The ideal profile:

  • 6 + months of recruitment experience in Search or Contingent recruitment.
  • Experience working on Senior placements
  • Non-Salesy methodical approach
  • Genuine interest in Financial Markets
  • Clearreason of why Executive Search over Contingent Recruitment
