About the role: Are you a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum? We're looking for a KS2 TA to join a vibrant primary school in Cricklewood, providing targeted interventions and support to students who need a boost in their learning. This role is ideal for someone experienced in working with low-achieving students, especially those preparing for their SATs, and who thrives on helping children overcome barriers and reach their full potential. As a KS2 TA, you’ll work closely with the class teacher, supporting learning in both group settings and one-on-one. • Experience as a TA in a primary school setting, ideally within KS2.

• Understanding of SATs preparation and the ability to support students in achieving their best results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist KS2 students with their SATs preparation, providing tailored interventions to improve learning outcomes.
• Work with low-achieving students in small groups or one-on-one to help them catch up with the curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher to implement lesson plans and differentiate tasks to support diverse learning needs.
• Monitor student progress, offering feedback and insights to teachers to help optimize learning strategies.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
