Job Description
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding role within the healthcare industry who enjoys sales and people. Our client are market leading distributors of a wide range of medical equipment, providing specialist seating solutions to adults and children with complex needs.
Working closely with NHS, social services, charities and also private individuals, applicants need to be highly motivated, a team player who is flexible and has a natural flair for people and developing relationships at all levels. This position is hands on so requires good physical fitness and empathy.
The role involves:
* Assessing customer needs and selling essential equipment and aids to help support people and carers.
* physical assessments with product users
* setting up/commissioning of products
* Demonstrating products to end users and other audiences
* training customers, carers, and end users
* Providing comprehensive sales to ensure the end product is right for each customer
With main offices based in Tewkesbury, the company are well established in the healthcare support equipment industry, and due to continued growth of the business they have an opening for another Assessor to join their Team. Staff are valued and new employees will be given a full induction and training programme, buddying up with an experienced Assessor and ultimately taking on their own customer patch within the South Gloucestershire area.
This post could appeal to a recent graduate in life science, sports science or healthcare as it offers great opportunity to progress and earn with an uncapped commission structure.
Full UK driving licence essential (company van). Will be subject to DBS Enhanced check
Monday to Friday - 8.30am – 5pm (flexible)
Good basic salary, uncapped commission (OTE £35K in first year), van, iPhone, iPad, laptop, pension & generous holiday allowance.
