QA & Testing Lead Analyst

We are looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in all manners of QA/QE in an Agile environment to drive functional validation (Sprint Testing) and quality delivery for Evernorth program deliverables. Tasks include collaborating with all impacted application teams to develop test strategies and high-level test scenarios, identify data needs, track/report progress/issues and obtain approval of the test results. There are multiple strategic and tactical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to work in a rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, interact with all management levels, and be self-managed and motivated. Responsibilities: Design, develop and execute sprint testing of a software product/solution. Define the test process, including required activities, deliverables, and schedule. Understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream, including various back-end and front-end architectural modules. Closely interact with both onsite and offshore team members. The onsite and offshore interactions include scrum team members (Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners and QA at onsite and offshore) Define test data conditions and partners and work closely with the Data team to obtain the data. Actively participate in all phases of testing (In sprint functional testing, integration testing and regression) Develop and execute comprehensive suites of test plans, test cases for inclusion in regression, for newly integrated features, and development of toolsets to augment QA and Development testing. Business requirement analysis, test design, defect logging and tracking Perform manual/exploratory testing where needed. Actively engage in defect reporting and triaging. Analyze failure patterns and determine corrective actions to eliminate the errors. Adheres to the organization's Quality Engineering best practices while helping to drive changes to our testing practices where necessary. Qualifications Required Skills: Take ownership and accountability of the application/tasks. Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior / test driven development, and specification by example Required Experience & Education: (Manual testing) 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance Proven experience with functional Testing, SQL/Oracle Queries, Agile, Jira, SOAP UI/Post Man, Web Services testing, Scrum / Kanban. - mandatory College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience. Desired Experience: Exposure to OpenShift, PCF and AWS Healthcare experience, including the PBM business model. Coaching of team members
