Job Description
Italy HR Employment Administrator City: Genova Location: Genova, IT, 16128 Contract Type: Fixed-Term Division: Global Human Resources Level of experience: Junior RINA is currently recruiting for an Italy HR Employment Administrator to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global Human Resources Division. Mission The ideal candidate will support the administrative process of employment management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Key Accountabilities Support the administrative employment management process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Collection, drafting, and recording of documentation related to the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.). Management of intern enrollments. Manage the personnel database software and the electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date HR databases. Collaborate in the development of HR policies and procedures to enhance overall HR effectiveness.
