Partner with the best As Contract Performance Manager (CPM), you will be responsible for Project Management, Planning, and Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. As Contract Performance Manager (CPM) you will: Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities. Suggest improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Contribute to the plan of a larger unit. Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests. Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising. Be responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract. Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision. Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts and function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters. Work together with high-level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specify needs, communicate about project approach, and present outcomes of research done. Handle standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department. Handle diverse clients in a region. Work on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM). Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
