THE ROLE New Guards Group is looking for an Accounting Receivables Intern to join our team in Milan who will report directly to the Accounting Coordinator Receivables. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support the team in the preparation and issuance of invoices Learn how to manage and reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions Assist in the month-end close accounting process Support the team in other different activities, when needed WHO YOU ARE Bachelor Degree in Economics Fluent in English and Italian Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and accuracy Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team REWARDS & BENEFITS Lunch tickets; Discounts on all NGG brands and partners including FARFETCH and Browns; Be part of a young, dynamic and creative company with over 40 different nationalities; Brand new headquarters located in the centre of Milan.
