Mine Overseer - Mining

Description: Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Mine Overseer to join their well-established mining company based in the Mpumalanga province. As a Mine Overseer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all mining activities in the mining operation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and achieving production targets. Responsibilities: Maximize the efficient use and allocation of resources. Analyze theoretical principles to identify and implement enhancements. Create and oversee a system for managing documents to enable streamlined storage and retrieval. Follow the Mines Code of Practice and promptly report any irregularities. Uphold and comply with established Safety, Health, and Environmental protocols.
