Job Description
The Ideal candidate will have: Grade 12 VIP payroll certification obtained through VIP Report writing / ODBC 2 years’ experience in payroll / salary & wages / finance Good knowledge of Excel and T&A systems Knowledge of the Labour Relations - and Basic Conditions of Employment Act Computer literate Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Process and reconcile payroll New employees & Terminations Leave Deductions and adjustments Pay period reconciliations Import hours Mid and tax year-end reconciliations Management information Reporting month-end
