Job Description
Candidate Requirements: Grade 12 Must have a Culinary qualification At least 2 years of experience in a similar position Must have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutrition Must follow excellent hygiene practices Should be highly organized with great attention to detail Must have excellent communication skills Should have good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure Must be creative and passionate about food Should continually stay abreast of trends Must be able to confidently assist in any other sections of the kitchen Should be able to ensure the smooth running in the absence of Chef de Partie Must ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to Should be an excellent team player Must be able to work shifts Should be friendly, presentable and a well-spoken individual
