Job Description
Minimum requirements: Ensure effective planning of maintenance Communicate stock levels and stock shortages Control stock levels and critical spares Manage budget effectively Maintain quality and ISO standards Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance Manage and control stock losses Plan and control of overtime and wage costs Ensure housekeeping is up to standard Ensure the effectiveness is executive on the cost of maintenance and electricity. Develop, motivate, train and appraise direct reporting staff Performing of additional tasks as and when required and performing it to best of ability and according to company standards and procedures Adhere to health, safety and bio security policies, procedures, standards, and practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES Grade 12 (NQF 4) NTC3 / Qualified Boilermaker/ Welder or equivalent qualification. Ability to do design and layout pipes. (Compulsory) Ability to weld all sorts of steel e.g. stainless / mild / cast Iron. (Compulsory) 3 Years' trade experience in a related field. Proficient in English, being bilingual will be highly advantageous. Valid Code B drivers license and own reliable transport Be willing to work shifts (Day/Night), weekends, Sundays, on external sites, overtime and on public holidays when necessary.
