What you will do
The Demand Planning Coordinator will be responsible for the leadership of IBP process in general and Demand Planning for his/her respective franchises, be part of SQUAD Commercial & Supply Chain teams and support Cluster Brazil team in their development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IBP process for part of Consumer Brands in Brazil.
- Interact with a multifunctional team to capture plans, trends and market events to define and influence forecast at sku / DC level by Building blocks process.
- Serve as a Supply Chain focus point to Sales & Marketing and vice-versa, guaranteeing knowledge transfer and driving decisions.
- Manage and optimize the inventory quality, driving actions to avoid and reducing slob/write-off.
- Support Production planning on mid/long term capacity analysis, providing info and prioritization when needed.
- Guarantee forecast accuracy (MAPE) and service level (NPO/OTIF), by tracking performance, identifying risks and driving actions.
- Manage and own demand planning master data including discontinuations, PIPO and NPIs.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- University Bachelor’s Degree, Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or related is required.
- 5+ Years Of General Business Experience
- Great communication and influence skills.
- Advanced Level Of Excel and Power Point
- Advanced Level Of English.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience inside S&OP/IBP
- Master Of Business Administration (MBA)
- Advanced Level Of Spanish.
- Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools
- Training And/Or Certification APICS/CPIM/IBF Certification.
- A Minimum Of 2 Years’ experience with SAP, OMP or Similar ERP
