As the Social Media & Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the digital presence of multiple brands across multiple platforms. You will lead our social media efforts while overseeing content strategies that reflect each brand’s identity and connect with our diverse audiences. Working in close collaboration with art directors, designers, and our creative director, you’ll be the linchpin in delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Opportunity to Work with Multiple Premium Brands
This Social Media and Content Manager will also have the opportunity to work with and for different brands in this vertical, from distribution to retail level, including proprietary manufacturing brands of our own.
Key Responsibilities
● Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and grow our audience across multiple platforms.
● Content Oversight: Craft, manage, and execute a content calendar for several brands, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business goals.
● Multi-Brand Management: Adapt each brand’s voice and identity to create unique, impactful content for their respective audiences.
● Influencer Strategy & Management: Identify and engage with influencers that align with each brand’s values and audience. Create tailored content for specific influencers and nurture relationships with them to ensure alignment and authenticity. Handle these relationships with care, maintaining professionalism and strategic collaboration.
● Analytics & Insights: Regularly review performance data to refine strategies, ensuring all efforts are data-driven and results-oriented.
● Creative Storytelling: Produce content that resonates, sparks conversation, and builds community, across formats like social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns.
● Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Navigate the demands of a startup-like atmosphere, often wearing multiple hats to meet shifting priorities.
● Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to execute visually compelling campaigns that elevate each brand.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take on a dynamic, multi-faceted role. This is not an entry-level position—it requires solid experience, a strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities with confidence and resilience.
● Experience: A minimum of 10 years in content management, social media strategy, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
● Social Media Mastery: Expertise in leveraging platforms to grow audiences, foster engagement, and build brand awareness.
● Community Management Know-How: Strong experience managing online communities, responding to audience feedback, and cultivating meaningful engagement.
● Social Listening Skills: Proficiency in monitoring online conversations and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and insights.
● Exceptional Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and deliver clear, impactful messaging.
● Creative Edge: A natural storyteller with a keen eye for visuals, trends, and compelling content.
● Strong Analytical Skills: Comfortable interpreting data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
● Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is required; fluent English is a significant advantage.
