Our current search is for Intellectual Property Lawyers working on various Social Media Content Compliance & Claim Management. What are the tasks you are meant to complete in this opportunity?

Responsibilities:

1. Appeal intellectual property claims using your knowledge in the matter.
2. Check the audiovisual social media content created by us to ensure they do not violate any platform policies (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) or Intellectual Property components.
3. Constantly communicate with the video editors and content coordinators, providing compliance feedback to avoid any breaches without altering the video.
4. Work with the post-production team to build effective strategies for the pages/channels and advise them with your expertise to help their growth.
5. Animate the pool of Brand Safety Checkers to ensure page and channel quality.
6. Contribute to improving the Brand Safety Checker department and be willing to learn and grow together.

Qualifications:

1. Academic and professional background related to Intellectual Property Law.
2. Profound knowledge of social media policies and regulations (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube).
3. Knowledgeable in the implications of intellectual property matters on social media regulations.
4. Advanced level of English.
5. Rigorous and inquisitive mindset, able to offer recommendations while being vigilant when necessary.
6. Highly structured and capable of efficiently prioritizing to manage numerous activities at once.
