About the LATAM Graduate Program: BRASIL

We are delighted to invite applications for our 2025 Graduate program commencing March 2025.

This is a 2-year program consisting of 3 x 8-month rotations through the LATAM divisions where you will transition into a permanent position at the conclusion of the program.

As a part of our Graduate program, you will:

1. Participate in a targeted development pathway, designed to accelerate your on the job learning.
2. Be mentored by leaders in different key areas for our business and the future of the company.
3. Connect with a global cohort of like-minded graduates.

What you will bring:

1. Advanced English (mandatory requirement, will be validated in the selection process).
2. Degree obtained within the last 2 years (maximum).
3. Careers/studies: Engineers in Mining, Metallurgy, Chemistry, Civil, Industrial and Automation, Geologists.
4. Availability to travel to work sites.
