Description du poste

SBS, European leader in the banking sector, is looking for its next intern in event marketing for 6 months. In a context of global growth and participation in numerous French and international operational actions (events, campaigns and others), you will support the EVENTS team and will be responsible for:

* Managing event preparation: monitoring external and internal events from creation to completion while coordinating all parties involved.

* Being the central point of contact for the organizers (after signing the contract and scheduling the dates) and ensuring fluid communication with the team.

* Being proactive, creative, and engaged in our many 2025 projects.

* Managing and optimizing budgets using various internal digital tools.

* Working in conjunction with the Sales teams to determine different opportunities in line with the 2025 objectives.

This 6-month internship will be your chance to work in an international and multicultural company, in a stimulating sector full of opportunities. You will learn to master different marketing and event planning skills while working on international and global projects. Additionally, you'll thrive in a dedicated and supportive team environment, ensuring a truly enriching and memorable experience on both a professional and personal level. As part of an SBS team, you will be in contact with our specialists and experts in the field of marketing and events and with the Sales teams.

Qualifications
* Academics: You are currently in a Master 2 program for Marketing or Events and wish to put into practice what you have learned.

* Language proficiency: You are fluent in both French and English.

* Organizational skills: You know how to organize your time and demonstrate organizational rigor, allowing you to, when necessary, work within tight deadlines.

* Mastery of tools: Office 360, Excel, World, PowerPoint.

* Team spirit: You are sociable and know how to cooperate with your team.

* Adaptability: Live events can be unpredictable; you can adapt to different everyday circumstances.

* Interest in events and the FinTech industry: You are developing a passion for the events industry or are interested in the tech industry.
