Aspiring Speech and Language Therapist Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Lead targeted interventions tailored to Speech and Language needs
• Work with children with a range of SEN, with a focus on autism
• Support students inside and outside of class to drive progress and development
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to deliver tailored support

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 Speech and Language/Linguistics Degree from a leading UK university
• Previous experience supporting children, particularly with Speech and Language needs
• Strong communication and confident behaviour management skills
• A genuine passion for working with SEND and supporting student progress
