MacGregor Black are partnering with a Ecommerce Fashion Business on the search for a Digital Advertising Specialist. This is a permanent role based in Manchester or London.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, social media, display networks) to achieve and surpass client goals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis on campaign performance, leveraging insights to drive continual improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment and brand consistency.
• Monitor industry trends to implement innovative strategies and enhance campaign performance.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience in a paid media or digital advertising role.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data interpretation and performance reporting.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
