Job Description
We have an immediately available role for a main contractor’s Senior Site Manager on a £40m school building project near Oxford. Works have recently commenced so we are hoping to achieve a successful hire before Christmas.
A new, three-storey, L-shaped school will be built next to existing buildings which will be demolished in phases to allow the school to remain open ahead of the full opening in late 2026.
The Company
* One of the largest and most successful, privately owned regional contractor in The UK with a healthy pipeline of diverse projects throughout Greater London and The Home Counties including health facilities, R&D facilities, schools, warehouses and offices.
* £3bill of project awards in the last five years, 2/3 of which was for repeat clients.

The Opportunity
* Start to finish involvement with a flagship, high profile community-based education facility.
* Great prospects of career advancement on a diverse portfolio of £30m to £150m projects.
The Candidate
* BSc Civ Eng or Construction Management qualification.
* Experience with main contractors on projects such as colleges, leisure centres and research facilities where the safe interface between works and the public is an essential consideration.
* SMSTS and Black CSCS Card.
Interviews are available from w/c 18th November and salary is a competitive £70k to £80k + package
