The Role:
Are you an experienced MEP BIM Technician/Coordinator looking to be part of a focused, expert-led consultancy? At my client's firm, you will play an essential role in delivering innovative, high-quality building solutions that shape the future of building design. In this position, you will develop detailed 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using tools like AutoCAD and Revit, while ensuring precision in clash detection and model coordination.
Responsibilities:
Develop precise 2D and 3D engineering models and drawings using Autodesk software.
Conduct clash detection, model coordination, and maintain model integrity.
Mentor junior team members and new graduates, fostering a strong, collaborative learning environment.
Collaborate with project teams and clients, offering guidance from early construction stages and ensuring alignment with project goals.Key Requirements:
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk tools, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, with a proven ability to coordinate and route services effectively.
