Senior Project Manager - Office Fit-Outs

4-Days Per Week in Hounslow and 1-Day Working from Home

Job Description:

• An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join their busy and expanding, Project Management team focussing on Commercial Office Fit-Outs (Cat-A, Cat-B) as well some minor works projects
• Conducting background research, data collection and bench marking
• Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
• Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
• Tracking and documenting changes
• Preparing written project communication materials
• Preparing formal project progress and other reports
• Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers

Qualifications:

• Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (4-5+ years experience minimum) working with a leading consultancy with a focus on Commercial Office Fit Outs projects (Cat-A, Cat-B Fit-Out / Occupier sector)
• Successfully delivering/ leading on projects and have some people management responsibilities (maybe 1-2 Graduate Project Managers)
• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
