Private Client Solicitor - Probate, Wills, and Trusts (5+ PQE) - Stratford-upon-Avon / Hybrid Working

Salary: £68,000 - £75,000

Are you an experienced Solicitor with expertise in Probate, Wills, and Trusts?

We are working with a leading law firm in Stratford-upon-Avon seeking a motivated Lawyer to join their growing Wills & Probate department, where you'll have the chance to provide top-tier advice to clients and contribute to the team's continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert legal advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and Trusts.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including Wills, Estate Accounts, and LPAs, managing a diverse caseload effectively.
• Ensure prompt client follow-ups, maintain detailed attendance notes, and attend client meetings in the office, hospitals, care homes, or client homes as required.
