Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Content Marketing Manager eager to accelerate their career. We are looking for a creative content marketer who displays exceptional written communication skills and can generate original ideas to effectively tell the story of our marketing services.


You will be responsible for devising our content management programme, creating and managing content to achieve brand goals, as well as generating marketing leads, increasing traffic and Google rankings.


You'll join a well-established Group Sales and Marketing team that operates across multiple marketing disciplines and propositions. With strong organisational skills, you'll be comfortable handling various responsibilities and stakeholders simultaneously.


Working on creating content for a wide range of channels—social media, digital campaigns, websites, white papers and advertising for trade events—your role will be integral to communicating our ambitious strategies during an exciting time of transformational change.


This position presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career for an outstanding individual with several years' experience in content marketing. This role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.


Essential skills

• Strong, persuasive copywriter, especially of long-form content

• Degree-educated or with a related specialist qualification

• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)

• Understanding of web analytics tools

• Familiarity with CRM and social media platforms, ideally HubSpot

- Good understanding of keyword research to optimise content for SEO

• Expertise in email marketing campaigns, and experience with A/B testing

• Strong networking skills to facilitate collaboration with teams across the Group

• Campaign management experience

• Proficiency in Canva and LinkedIn Sales Navigator


Desirable skills

- Understanding of the use of video in social media

- Digital PR expertise

- Event management experience

- Experience in mentoring/coaching and developing other team members
