Creative Content Assistant (TikTok)

You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for a standout, talented individual who is passionate about our brand, community & mission. You must have a flair for social media marketing, enjoy entertaining an audience and be confident both in-front and behind the camera.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Assist with producing content in predominantly video format for social channels and paid social
• Take a starring role in our TikTok, fitting well with the community led format we implement as part of our social strategy
• Report to our Social Media Manager, providing and advocating ideas in line with new trends or original concepts that will increase growth/engagement on our social platforms
• Co-ordinate and produce video content based off set briefs
• Feature in, film and edit TikTok content on a daily basis to a high standard alongside our Social Team
• Keep up to date with pop-culture moments and prioritise trend-spotting to get ahead of the curve for increase viral moments
• Plan and create engaging captions
• Execute content from briefs during a campaign or content shoot day
• Participate in collecting engaging content with our community and customers, particularly during events and pop-ups
• Be comfortable interacting with both our internal team and external community, with the ability to put people quickly at ease in your presence
• Assist with general administration prior to meetings and throughout larger ongoing social projects
• Involvement in new exciting platform ideas that align with new collection launches and product specific assets to the wider creative team e.g. Live Shopping, interactive events
• Work under time constraints and to meet deadlines, with the passion and ability to work reactively to the business needs as and when these arise

We'd love to meet someone with:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment that is used to working to time constraints, who thrives during busy periods
• The love to get stuck in and the ability to work well within a team
• A natural flair for entertaining and comedy, with a great personality that shines through the camera
• Experience in the realms of theatre or entertainment (this isn’t necessary but may be beneficial!)
• A personal portfolio or examples of your marketing talent (this can be your personal socials too!) or alternatively experience in another similar brand to Sisters & Seekers
• A versatile style/handwriting that can be easily adapted according to the type of creative briefs that are set
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to perform under pressure and thrive in situations that require complete confidence
• The ambition to develop and grow your career with Sisters and Seekers, taking on new opportunities and utilising constructive feedback to excel in your role
• The ability to work in office full-time (CH5)
