Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? Springfield School is searching for a School Business Manager to join its Senior Leadership Team and play a vital role in shaping the future of its expanding special school.

Springfield School is a Cheshire East Maintained School for children and young adults from the ages of 4-18. Springfield is an Outstanding special school catering to a wide range of pupils with varying special educational needs.

The School Business Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across key areas to ensure the smooth running of all non-teaching functions. This will include financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

The successful candidate will also provide business management and administrative support to ensure the best value and the successful and effective operation of the school. You will implement school-wide changes and put policies and procedures in place, ensuring they are communicated to staff members.

We are looking for a committed individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote the ethos and values of the school and get the best outcomes for all pupils and staff.

Our ideal candidate will have successful leadership and management experience and a demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders.
