Do you have a passion for Business Development and building relationships? SLS Recruitment are working with a National Training provider who are recruiting for a Business Development Manager who has strong knowledge of Apprenticeships, ideally within Tech, Leadership or Science. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to client sites and the salary is negotiable depending on experience.
This role will suit a highly experienced senior sales person who has a strong background in funded learning and apprenticeships who can grow and establish long term relationships with clients. You will have extensive experience of generating and winning new business with aim of building long term relationships.
Experience required:
- Must have experience of working in a Senior Business Development capacity within apprenticeships.
- At least 3 years’ experience of managing multiple accounts acting as main point of contact at a strategic level.
- At least 3 years’ experience working at a Senior Business Development Manager level, influencing senior partners, and providing tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills, creating and closing complex sales opportunities to drive profitable revenue and growth.
