About the Role

XB Consultants has a proud and successful heritage of over 20 years servicing the recruitment needs of alternative investment companies in Europe. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team! In this entry-level position, you will support the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with both clients and candidates. You will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and matching talent to fulfill client requirements. This role is ideal for someone eager to kick-start their career in recruitment and learn about the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and other tools to attract suitable candidates for open positions.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens, assess candidate qualifications, and provide recommendations to senior consultants.
• Job Posting: Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information within the company’s CRM system.
• Client Interaction: Work alongside senior consultants to understand client needs, job requirements, and company culture.
• Market Research: Assist with market analysis to identify industry trends and understand talent landscapes.
• Candidate Management: Keep candidates informed on their application status, provide feedback, and build strong relationships.
• Administrative Support: Aid in contract management, interview scheduling, and other recruitment administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with recruitment software or ATS is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping people find their ideal job.
• French/German would be advantageous
