Ecommerce Manager


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and drive our online business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms, increasing sales, and enhancing customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Set clear KPIs and targets to measure the success of ecommerce initiatives.


Platform Management:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of our ecommerce platform(s) (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
  • Ensure smooth website functionality, including product listings, checkout processes, and mobile optimization.
  • Monitor website performance and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience.


Digital Marketing:

  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.


Sales and Revenue:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective online marketing and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase average order value and conversion rates.


Customer Experience:

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent online customer service.
  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently.
  • Implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.


Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists.
  • Assign tasks, set goals, and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for ecommerce and a drive to achieve results.
