Job Description

We’re working with an ambitious rural property advisory business that, in just its first year, has already built an impressive client portfolio across rural land management and development. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking for a Graduate Rural Surveyor to join their land management team.


The Role:


As a Graduate Rural Surveyor, you’ll be supported in managing the day-to-day operations of clients’ farms and estates, including:

  • Overseeing estate management
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters
  • Managing agricultural agreements, including contract farming
  • Assisting with diversification projects, such as small developments and renewables
  • Advising on and preparing grant and funding applications
  • Providing professional guidance on best practices for farming businesses


The Ideal Candidate:


  • A proactive “doer” with initiative
  • Comfortable communicating with clients face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • Attentive to detail and adaptable within a growing business
  • UK driving licence required
  • Degree in land management (or similar), ideally with 0-2 years’ experience and working towards (or keen to start) your RICS qualification
