About the role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Year 2 Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly adapt and hit the ground running, working closely alongside a very experienced Year 2 teacher. You will lead a confident, mixed-ability class with no EHCPs, but who are eager and willing to challenge their teacher. The role requires a strong, confident educator who can manage full classroom teacher responsibilities, including lesson planning, assessments, and attending staff meetings. A Teaching Assistant is shared between the two Year 2 classes to support learning. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with dynamic students in a collaborative setting.

Application Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Year 2 Teacher or in a similar role.
* Strong classroom management skills, with the confidence to engage a lively and challenging class.
* Ability to work effectively with a shared Teaching Assistant across both Year 2 classes.
* Flexibility and adaptability to step into the role quickly and make an immediate positive impact.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a mixed-ability Year 2 class
* Take on full classroom teacher responsibilities, including lesson planning, attending staff meetings, and assessments.
* Collaborate with the experienced Year 2 team and share best practices.
