Job Description
KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.
Job Title: Coaching Professional Assessor / Trainer
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel
Salary: circa £30,000 (Flexibility depending on experience)
Type: Full Time, 12-month contract (Possible to be extended)
Essential Criteria:
Must hold a CMI Level 5 qualification in Coaching (or equivalent Coaching qualification).
Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
Experience of delivering Apprenticeships, ideally within Coaching Professional but not essential
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Flexibility with travel when needed.Duties:
Deliver Coaching Professional Apprenticeships (up to Level 5), using a blended learning approach (face to face and digital learning).
Work to learner review and completion timescales.
Design engaging curriculum and workshop materials, acting as a subject matter expert to launch and drive the success of the programme.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
