SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs
Salary: £18,200 - £19,500
Job Type: Full Time
Contract length: Permanent
We are working with a fantastic school who have been using us to support their recruitment efforts for many years to find an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs to join their team.
Responsibilities
The SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs recruited for this role will be expected to collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure student continuously challenge themselves to improve.
The SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
It is important to this school that the SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
The SEN Teaching Assistant Special Needs chosen for this role will be responsible for working with a range of abilities and be comfortable catering to the broad needs of their students.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
