Teaching Assistant

Salary: £15,600 - £17,550

Job Type: Full time

Contract length: Permanent

We represent a school who have identified a key need for a Teaching Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant role needs to be highly confident and able to support students from all different backgrounds.

There will be an expectation for the successful Teaching Assistant to create a safe and supportive learning environment with routines and structures that align with the school's core values.

This school needs a Teaching Assistant who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.

Qualifications/Experience

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.

To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
