Working Mechanical Foreman required!!
Permanent position
Package includes
55k - 60k depending on experience.
Work Pension
Holidays
Working in and around London and the home county's.
40 hours per week minimum..
Previous Mechanical Foreman experience in the following is required;
Air conditioning systems
Drainage solutions
Heating and ventilation systems
Plumbing and sanitary ware solutions
Sprinkler systems
FirstFix are recruiting for an experienced working Mechanical foreman to join our well established client who works in the M & E sector. Type of projects undertaken are mainly in the commercial sector working on schools, Universities and colleges.
Reporting to the Site Managers and Project Managers, you will be required to make sure that the people under your control are kept busy and all productivity targets are met. Your main focus and priority will always be, Health & Safety, Productivity and quality of work being produced.
Health & safety is a priority and making sure everyone is working in a safe working environment.
Sometimes you will be required to be a working foreman and to carry out installation work as well as supervising a team of Plumbers/Pipefitters..
Previous experience in an M&E / Building Services background where you have previously worked has a Mechanical Foreman / Mechanical Supervisor in the delivery of mechanical installations is a must.
