We are seeking a Finance Analyst to help us on large reconciliation project in addition to other management accountant duties (must be part qualified AACA.)
The primary purpose of the position is to ensure reconciliation and routing of charges relating to global cyber security programs from various internal European businesses to our HQ in US.
Most of these charges will be labour related and hence the role will need to ensure that the routing of the inter-company charges is accompanied by appropriate time-recording support from internal businesses and onwards to HQ.
This position will work closely with not only the accounting colleagues but also with the Project Management teams supporting the program. This role is essential in ensuring tight control and insight into the cyber security program spend throughout our internal businesses.
Required Skills and Competencies;
Finance & Accounting Graduate, currently in process of studying or at early stages of ACCA or CIMA.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.
* Self-starter with strong organisational skills.
* Have strong numerical, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of and aptitude for Excel
* Have an interest in international finance and working across different cultures
* Work well in a team
Must be happy to work in Surrey 1 or 2 days a week.
