The Mount Sinai Solutions team is Mount Sinai Health System’s division dedicated to serving Commercially-insured patients, whether through direct contracting with employers and unions, or via partnerships with companies that serve them. We currently serve over 450,000 patients in the New York area, via 35+ customers and 10+ partners.
The Director, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for owning and managing the strategic growth plan and relationship with our key company partners. These companies may range from venture capital-backed startups to large, public health care companies. The key theme across each partner is they are viewed as critical to our growth strategy and we want to collaboratively grow and succeed together. This could range from patient referral arrangements to product co-development to marketing.
The Director, Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for working with the partner to develop a shared growth plan, and then working with the partner and Mount Sinai to execute on it. As issues arise, they will serve as the internal face of the partnership and help troubleshoot to mutual resolution. This highly visible role will require collaboration across functional areas of our partners as well as at Mount Sinai, including Strategy, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and IT.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
? Minimum of 5-7 years? experience, 8-10+ preferred leading partnerships or accounts of substantive size and scale
? Extensive experience and network within health care, specifically within the provider space, whether via consulting or direct health care company employment
? Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across departments, including clinical
? Excellent management, presentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a strategic growth plan between Mount Sinai and partners, including key objectives, project plan(s), and key performance indicators (KPIs)• Own partnership relationships as the primary day-to-day contact, both internally and externally• Ensure successful ongoing operations of partnership, in collaboration with internal stakeholders cross-functionally• Track and manage relationship KPIs, including managing ahead of risks and identifying opportunities• Stay connected with market and Mount Sinai Health System and Mount Sinai Solutions team to understand ongoing trends and opportunities to enhance the partnership

Compensation Statement
Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $140000 - $272127.65 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
